Supply Operations Assistant - Acquisition

Urban Massage are on a mission to democratise access to wellness on a global level. With an on-demand app using cutting edge technology platforms to connect thousands of passionate, high quality practitioners with people in need of a massage, osteopathy and other treatments.

Our Supply Team are an essential part of our business, building and nurturing Urban Massage's partner community. A key step to this is acquiring practitioners that want to work with us, and supporting them through the application process. We are looking for a confident communicator with strong admin skills to support this key function within the supply team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead generation by identifying potential applicants from directories, incoming applications and other sources
• Cold-calling prospective therapist partners, informing them about the Urban platform and benefits of becoming a therapist partner, booking them for an onboarding session
• Handling incoming enquiries by phone and email
• Reporting on KPIs and target
• Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

• Graduate level applicants desirable
• Background in customer services or sales desirable
• Knowledge of wellness industry desirable but not essential
• Ability to self-start and remain motivated
• Able to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills is a must
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft suite (desirable but not essential: Salesforce)
• Good telephone manner
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple wellness sectors
